The airline offers customers a fresh approach to air travel. With the website as the core of the booking system, it was critical for the website design to reflect this.

Fly Blue Crane strives to offer the ultimate travel experience by ensuring that its business processes make it effortless for customers to Book, Check-In and enjoy Fly Blue Crane’s onboard service, arriving at the preferred destination timeously.

In designing the Fly Blue Crane website, ThoughtCorp cut out all the unnecessary elements that slow down the booking process and frustrate customers. Users can easily book a flight, add extras such as additional baggage, make itinerary changes, check-in and get flight status updates, all online. The website is also mobile friendly and automatically changes configuration depending on the type of device the customer is using.
